1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

PagePulse ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PagePulse service ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" — the PagePulse web platform and all related features operated by the Company.
• "User" — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Credit" — a unit purchased to unlock analyses beyond the first free one.
• "Analysis" — the AI-generated UX report produced for a submitted URL.
• "Submitted URL" — the web address provided by the User for analysis.
• "Company" — the operator of PagePulse.

3. Account Registration and Security

The Service requires sign-in via Google (powered by Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@pagepulse.page of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Description and Credits

PagePulse provides automated AI-powered UX analysis of landing pages. Every registered user receives one free analysis. Additional analyses require Credits, which may be purchased through the Service. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts. No refunds are issued on purchased Credits. The Company reserves the right to change Credit pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may submit any publicly accessible URL for analysis. You are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted URLs do not contain illegal content, phishing material, or content that infringes the rights of any third party. You may not use the Service to collect data in bulk, circumvent the Credit system, or take any action that disrupts or degrades the Service. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Analyses produced by the Service are generated by AI language models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including UX, marketing, legal, or business advice — and must not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment. PagePulse makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis for your specific needs. You bear sole responsibility for any decisions made on the basis of an analysis.

7. Intellectual Property

PagePulse and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, design, and analysis methodology. You retain all rights in the URLs and websites you submit. Analysis output may be used for personal use and internal business purposes. You may not resell analysis output as a standalone service or incorporate it into a third-party commercial product.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
